1. What we provide
Ametrix AdsIQ is a SaaS that lets you operate your Amazon Ads account through Claude (the Anthropic AI). Available operations depend on your plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
2. Operations and confirmations
Every write operation requires explicit confirmation. Destructive operations require double confirmation. Read operations execute without per-call confirmation.
3. Audit trail
We keep an immutable log of every write operation (timestamp, params, previous state, result). Available to you on request within 48 business hours.
4. Liability cap
Total liability over 12 months is capped at the fees you paid in that period. Cap does not apply to GDPR breaches or negligent token exposure.
5. Cancellation
Monthly billing, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice before next renewal. Tokens deleted within 7 days; audit trail kept ≥1 year.
