1. What we provide
Ametrix AdsIQ is a market-intelligence SaaS for Amazon Ads: through Claude it reads, analyzes, detects opportunities and gives recommendations; you decide and act. The service is read-only by default. Write operations on your Amazon Ads account are disabled and can only be enabled by Ametrix on a case-by-case basis — never as a plan feature. Plans differ in monitoring capacity (ASINs, competitors, keywords, accounts), not in write access.
2. Operations and confirmations
When write access is enabled for an account: every write operation requires explicit confirmation, destructive operations require double confirmation, and each one is recorded in an immutable audit trail. Read operations run without per-call confirmation.
3. Audit trail
We keep an immutable log of every write operation (timestamp, params, previous state, result). Available to you on request within 48 business hours.
4. Liability cap
Total liability over 12 months is capped at the fees you paid in that period. Cap does not apply to GDPR breaches or negligent token exposure.
5. Cancellation
Monthly billing, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice before next renewal. Tokens deleted within 7 days; audit trail kept ≥1 year.
